Support

When you purchase Poker Tournament Manager, you receive free website and email support.  We strive to respond to all questions as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Service Releases

Periodically, Service Releases will be offered for free containing fixes and minor updates.  Check our Support and Customer Room pages for updates to your version.

Major Releases

Full version upgrades will be offered from time to time with major enhancements and new features - usually annually.  The price of version upgrades is typically about 40% of the purchase price for existing customers.  Support will continue to be offered for the previous version for at least one year after the new version is released.  At no time are you under any obligation to upgrade.  Current versions supported are versions 4.x and 5.x.
